Completion of secondment of a Supervisory Board Member to act temporarily in the capacity of President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board

With reference to Current Report No. 2/2022 of 13 January 2022, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that the end of 12 April 2022 marks the completion of the three-month period of secondment of Mr. Władysław Szczepkowski, Supervisory Board Member, to act temporarily in the capacity of President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board.
