The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”, “PKP CARGO”), in reference to Current Report no. 2/2022 of 13 January 2022 and acting pursuant to § 5 section 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757) and § 14 section 6 item 6 of the Articles of Association of PKP CARGO S.A., hereby attaches the report on the recruitment procedure conducted for the position of President of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board, PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Finance, PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Commerce and PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board Member in charge of Operations.
