Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 27 June 2014, Ms. Milena Pacia submitted his resignation from the position of Member and Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board. The resignation was made with effect from 27 June 2014.

The document indicated no reasons for resignation.

The Management Board of the Company would like to thank Ms. Milena Pacia for his committed contribution.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws from 2014, item 133).
