Dismissal of the petition to amend the Company’s Articles of Association

With reference to Current Report No. 19/2023 of 1 June 2023, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby supplements the information provided earlier with the date of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting that adopted the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association along with the resolution number.

The petition for registration of the amendments to §23 of the Company’s Articles of Association consisting of adding sec. 4, which was dismissed by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerned Resolution No. 10/2023 of the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of 17 May 2023 to amend the Articles of Association.
