Estimation of the PKP CARGO Group’s selected financial and operating results for 2022

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby publishes preliminary estimated selected consolidated financial and operating results for 2022:

– Revenues from contracts with customers: PLN 5,390.1 million;
– EBITDA: PLN 1,066.3 million;
– EBIT: PLN 333.8 million;
– Net result: PLN 148.4 million;
– Freight volume: 100.6 million tons;
– Freight turnover: 27,008 million tkm.

The foregoing financial highlights are tentative estimates obtained during the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements for 2022 and as such are subject to change. The final data on the financial performance along with the auditor’s report will be presented by the Company in the consolidated annual report to be published on 4 April 2023.
