Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that today it was informed that on 12 December 2013 Mr. Piotr Fidos submitted his resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The decision to resign was due to personal reasons.

The Management Board of the Company would like to thank Mr. Piotr Fidos for his committed contribution.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws, 2009, no. 33, item 259).
